Benjamin & Monica Vivas
"Centro Cultural - Amistad de Reynosa"

(Cultural Center - Friendship of Reynosa)
Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico

Benjamin & Monica have a unique ministry ministering to the community. Instead of being "churchy" they have purposely tried to make the church more focused on the people, where they are. Benjamin is a psychologist by training, and uses that as a "hook" to bring people in the door. When people come for counseling, he tells them that psychology doesn't have an answer, but he knows who does, Jesus. They also hold seminars covering family issues for the community, and are ministering to the people who are in the garbage dumps.

Please pray for:

  • Open doors to minister on an international basis.
  • A piece of land to build their ministry center.
  • A house and car for their family.

Luis & Wendolyn Flores
"Templo Cristiano - La Hermosa"

(The Beautiful One Christian Church)
Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico

Luis and Wendolyn are new in the ministry, having taken over the pastorate when Enrique Galan, the founding pastor of the church, died. Their vision is desipling and worship; preparing leaders for the work of the Lord.

Please pray for:

  • That God raises up committed leaders to serve in the work.
  • That God increases their vision.
  • That God prepares and trains their worship team.

Geraldo & Sara Cortez
"Pilar de Esperanza"

(Pillar of Hope)
Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico

Geraldo and Sara pastor both a church and an orphanage. In thier church, they are very focused on prayer, seeking the Lord, and are believing for the Holy Spirit to bring revival to Reynosa. The orphanage they run ministers mostly to children that they've found on the streets, some of who have been child prostitutes. They are currently expanding the capacity of the orphanage, because there is so much need in the city.

Please pray for:

  • Personal revival
  • Fresh vision for the church.
  • Volunteers to work in the orphanage.

Javier Lozano
"Ministerios de Intercession para Reynosa"

  (Intercessory Ministries for Reynosa)
Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico

After 20 years of pastoring,  Javier was frustrated with how little fruit he had seen in all the evangelistic campaigns, concerts, and other "Christian" events. He started seeking the Lord, wanting more in his life and ministry. God told Javier the only way to change Reynosa was through prayer, and that he was to raise up an army of intercessors for Reynosa. Javier leads a group of pastors, ministers, and intercessors from many denominations who are united in intercessory prayer for God to transform Reynsoa.

Please pray for:

  • More pastors to catch the vision of intercessory prayer.
  • Clear vision and direction.
  • Protection from spiritual attack.

Hector & Sara Cruz
"Templo Puerta de Cielo"

  (Doorway to Heaven Church)
Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico

Hector has received a lot of attacks from both the Catholic church, and the more traditional Evangelistic churches. These attacks came because he refuses to be tradional. However, God has not only given him the victory, but gave him an abundant victory. Hector has just completed doubling the capactiy of his church, and still doesn't have enough room for the people who are coming to the Lord. He also has opened 8 missions in the area.

Please pray for:

  • The apostolic and prophetic anointing in their ministry.
  • That God raise up their children as part of the ministry.
  • More souls.
  • Financial prosperity.

Abel Larrinaga
"Iglesia El Gran Yo Soy"

(Church of The Great I Am)
Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico

Although Abel has a church in the city or Orizaba, he is actually ministering more amongst the indiginous people in the mountains around Orizaba. He desires to minister to both their physical and spiritual needs; teaching them about the Lord, but also helping them in practical ways to receive the prosperity of the Lord.

Please pray for:

  • To break the yoke of oppression over the indigenous people around Orizaba.
  • For true liberty in the church, breaking down religiosity and legalism. That the church, and especially the ministers, should love one another.
  • For God's provision to go forward with the work of the ministry.

Edwin Ardila
"Iglesia Militante Ejercito de Dios"

(TheChurch of the Militant Army of God)
Cartagena, Columbia

Edwin came to us, through the internet, because he wanted to connect with a non-traditional ministry that would feed him, and help him overcome the traditionalism in his country. His vision is to establish churches throughout Columbia which are filled with worshippers who are overcoming the world. He has a heart for worship, and has written many new songs. Finally, he desires to establish a bible school which will train and prepare leaders to carry the work of the Lord forward to new heights.

Please pray for:

  • For the help and strength of the Lord to complete the ministry.
  • For the leadership that he is raising up.
  • For the buildings and facilities they need for the work of the ministry and the harvest the Holy Spirit is bringing in.
  • For the equipment they need for the churches - sound equipment, instruments, etc.
  • For God to move in the country of Columbia.
