Rich & Deborah's kids are in ministry too. This isn't mom and
dad's ministry, just dragging the kids along because they have to go. God
has called us as a family, and that means the kids are called too.
Each of the Murphy kids already has a vision for what God wants
them to do, and are busy working to fulfill the calling He has given them.
Jenni is 18 years old, and in her second year of college. She is working
on a music degree, which she intends to use as a worship leader. Currently,
she is the assistant worship leader for the church in the campground where
we live. She is also considering a masters degree in Christian counseling.
Jenni has ministered to other minister's kids since she was 11 years old.
Josh is 16 years old, and will also be starting college in the fall. He is a guitar fanatic, playing every chance he gets. Like his sister, he plans on majoring in music. Josh's desire is to persue a degree in music and music technology. With this, he feels that he will be able to help church worship groups in both the spiritual and technical aspects of their ministry. Rebekah is 13 years old, and loves to dance. She is working the summer as an interpreter for Dayspring ministries, an organization that brings youth to Mexico for short-term missions trips.
All the Murphy kids minister for the Lord. Jenni has had several
prophetic drawings that God has given her during church services. They
also love to dance before the Lord, worshipping Him with their whole body.

We have started publishing a newsletter just
for ministry kids. This was the idea of Jenni. In it, she
shares from the Lord on different subjects that are necessary in MK lives.
We pray that this newsletter would help MK's find their place in the
Lord.
